Industry standards, to include the Georgia Department of Agriculture and the FDA, require specific information prior to a product being processed and sold. Your information must be legal and meet all of the following requirements prior to marketing the product(s). This will enable the sale and distribution of your product(s) through local outlets as well as major chain locations.
Provision of UPC Code
Required prior to the distribution of your product(s) through retail sales, and must meet specific requirements on your product(s) label.
Nutrition Factors
Must be obtained through the University of GA, and must meet industry standards required by FDA and GA Dept of Agriculture.
Consulting
Kenny D. is available for consulting and training to anyone interested in breaking into the restaurant business. Packages are flexible to meet your needs. We will work with you from the first day of planning through the grand opening.
